We used this company for D.O.T. inspections in the past and never had any problems with them until a week ago their guy David came and wrote us a bill for $375 for 30 minutes of work. He was supposed to send us an estimate later on for some repairs but got very upset why are we unhappy with the charges. So he decided to give us an advise how to behave ourselves. I guess if this company wants to stay in business they need to teach their people to simple rules of customer service.
They do good work, but they need some customer service skills and they gouge you for parts, 150%+ of what they pay for them, and gouge you for labor, they include travel time to procure parts which isn't totally unreasonable in theory, but it takes them 3 hours to go 25 miles in each direction, 50 miles round trip?
