love doctor silver board but here’s a real quick tip for you. if you call and james picks up. hang up and call on a day where the other lady is there.
We are done with these people. Interactions with the doctor were fine. But the office staff, particularly his nurse, are impossible to deal with. It's rare to speak with a live human and when I left voice mails...where you are clearly told all messages are returned by 4 pm that day and not to call again...I never got return calls. I did manage to speak to the nurse one time and she was incredibly rude, telling me, "I don't have time for that. You do know we're seeing patients here, right?" when I asked a question. Avoid this place at all cost. The doctor may be sufficient but dealing with the office staff, appointment setting, phone call interactions are an absolute nightmare. Horrible.
Dr. Silverboard and his team have been amazing. When other providers were turning us away and shrugging their shoulders, we received attention and solutions from Atlanta Family Neurology (AFN). I visited Atlanta Family Neurology in January of 2021, under the care of Dr. Gerald Silverboard. My concerns were met with extreme dismissiveness. I described experiencing twitching and convulsions that I could best describe as mini seizures. Instead of recommending an EEG, the standard for epilepsy diagnosis, Dr. Silverboard ordered MRI and CT, both yielding normal results.
