What a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable group of people! So happy I stopped in!
I wish I could give less than one. I had a appointment scheduled for today at 2:30 at lenox with Dr. Marsh. When I got to lenox, I have no appointment. They had to schedule me at 3:40 but chat people lied. Why don't they answer phone? Everyone do like texting. Your forced to text. After I get this appointment, I will find another provider eventhough I Love Dr. Marsh, I can't deal with the incompedience of call center. I have a right to go to any office I want to and not where they want me to go. It's my money, my choice.
Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at the eye doctor. The assistant was sweet, professional, and very helpful. The doctor was amazing and really checked my eye out (I had a broken vessel). During the exam it felt more like a chat with a friend and the entire process was just fantastic.
