started well, ended poorly – I was using a Groupon for laser hair removal purchased last year. Admittedly, I waiting a while to use it at Atlanta Eye Candy. I was told by Atlanta Eye Candy that if I had 2 of my 6 treatments in before the expiration date, I was totally fine. I did and we started off well. Staff was friendly and treatment was effective. On the 5th treatment, the manager and owner decided that everything had to be done by 12/24/11 and the last available appt was 12/20/11. This only gave 1.5 weeks between treatm... read more

WORST customer service – This is the sorriest excuse for a spa, ever. It is not a clean and sanitary environment. The staff is RUDE. The owner is VERY rude and unprofessional. She does not care about customer service, neither does anyone else on the staff. DO NOT BUY ANY GROUPON or CROWDCUT certificates from this business. You will definitely regret it. The bathroom is disgusting and the whole place looks like a dive. Apparently they only hire rude people.

Worst Customer Service Ever – I would give them zero stars if it would let me. I had an issue with pricing of upgrades. I was told a manager was not on site. I called 2 days later and was told I could not speak to a member of management. I left my name and number. Five days later, I had not received a return call. worst customer service and experience ever in a spa – I will never return to this place of business, the way I was treated and the unprofessionalism of the entire place is NOT a place to be. The lack of customer service and the horrible lashes and treatment I was given was by far the worst I have ever experienced.

Best Eyelashes in Georgia – I highly recommend Atlanta Eye Candy to my high profile friends and celebs. Its a private, warm, and clean spa. The technicians are imformative and very knowledgable in there profession of Eyelash extention. My first experience with them was much more than I expected, I was excited and in awe with my DD lashes. I walked of the spa with Youth and Beauty. My husband would not stop staring at me.
