I live in a community that Atlanta Executive Property manages. They are truly a disappointment to our community. HOA fees are wasted on administration, The work is not done properly as a result the community suffers with lower resale comps. and dissatisfied residents,
DO NOT USE ATLANTA EXECUTIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. She is unprofessional, they provide poor service and will try to bully you into paying high fees for unacceptable service.
