I purchased a newly built home from D.R. Horton in 2021. Within the first 3 months, I had my first ceiling leak. Since then, I’ve experienced 3 roof leaks and 2 ceiling leaks. This is completely unacceptable for a new home. When I contacted the builder, they refused to fix it and directed me to RWC, the structural warranty provider.
