I placed a 19 yard fabric order on December 3, 2024. The charge was a bit over $1500). I received an email confirmation for the order as well as a charge on my AMEX card. The following day I had a question about the order and emailed customer service as well as making numerous calls per day over numerous days - leaving voicemails with no response. I contacted Atlanta Draperies because I had some curtains I wanted to be longer. They were very helpful providing advice and possible options. The final product I loved even more than the original. I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer. In addition, the staff was nice and the owner, William, was knowledgeable and funny.
We had a wonderful experience with the service, and definitely their high quality of work. The owner was very polite, very knowledgeable, and had a large selection of materials and design. Very helpful in making our decisions. Our house is cozy and warm with such beauty. Thank you William for your work and we look forward to placing more orders with you in the future.
