If I could put 0 stars I would. They give very much SCAMMERS energy. I got approved for a townhouse and 24 hours from approval they wanted me to pay my deposit AND 1st month rent equaling 2500 even though my intended move in date wasn’t till the 1st. Of course it took me a few days to come up with the money. They bounced me around to 3 different people for daysss until somebody finally told me they moved on to someone else. If they aren’t scammers, they’re money hungry & have no care

Worst service. Email no repose. Call no response. Text no response. Require to fix the wrong paper they sent and no response. I don’t see the payment deposit even the tenant was already paid for almost two weeks. Don’t know how can they keep their business going. Now I have to wait to cancel the contract with them.

I had been looking for a house to rent for months. I had a very complicated situation that it made it near impossible to get a place. These people worked with me and made it possible to get a house. I stayed with these people for 6 years. They never repaired anything. It was a horrible experience. I suggest that you stay away from this company. They are crooks.
