Always great service and work whenever I come for dental work! Great people also who performs the work!
This is really a 1-Star review, but hoping more people see it. “ Randi at the front desk needs to be fired. Dr. Freeman doesn’t make any money off this!” Dr. Freeman is a wonderful dentist. However, his front desk seriously needs some help, particularly as a relates to following up and the manner of conduct with their patients. This review is about Randi. Every visit is friendly, professional and fanamcislly worthy of my investment as well as a partnership for my dental health quality. Value is especially crucial in economics downturns such like this, so I ensure that I invest into the correct team like my dental team who are an exceptional value. I cannot afford to be financially wasteful or misplace value. I highly recommend with confidence.
For the first time I can truly say “I love my dentist”. I am in and out in under 45 min for cleanings, never have to wait, and never have any insurance billing issues. The staff and hygienists are so friendly (shoutout to my hygienist Jamie!) and professional. Parking is validated so make sure you bring your ticket in with you.
Service gets b etter each visit. "long standing service" is always perfect and the atmosphere and staff are efficient and most pleasant.
