Great service and new location is top shelf!
Pierre is a fantastic bike technician. My rear wheel was bent, and Trek no longer carried that exact wheel. We texted back and forth about options, and he provided great details for each alternative. I ended up going with a custom-built wheel using a new rim and my old hub, which I wouldn’t have even known was an option. Everybody at this location is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Just came home from Atlanta Cycling Roswell location. I was so fortunate, I got to work with the Atlanta Cycling Dream Team (Mary - Manager, Saylor - Sales, and Windsor -Service). Today while my son was being sized for a new Trek MTN bike by Saylor, Windsor was helping me with my MTN bike and answering all of my questions in detail and tweeking my bike to my personal specs.
