I have had an extremely poor experience with this HOA. Communication is nearly impossible their phone system never connects to a live person, and their outgoing message instructs residents not to come to the office. Despite my repeated attempts to connect and clarify an issue, I received a rude and unprofessional email threatening to cut off my water and charge legal and plumbing fees.The payment in question has now been made, but the process was unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I reside at Silver Creek Ranch sub-division and ACS is our management company. We are a non-profit organization since the beginning of time with a covenant and by-laws. ACS and their attorney is now saying that our covenant and by-laws are null and void because we are non-profit. They have being telling homeowners what to put in their yard and fining homeowners excessively and placing liens on their property. First of all, no one has told them their covenants and bylaws are null and void to my knowledge. Every association is a not forprofit so I would ask where that information came from. Secondly, yes, the current covenants and bylaws are in place and we are contracted to enforce them. Owners need to take care of their properties.
