My family has had a really positive experience with Atlanta Community Services. From what I’ve seen, they have a great team of people who genuinely care about the communities they serve. I’ve always been impressed by the level of dedication and care that goes into the work they do!

Great company, knowledgeable staff, and ready to assist.
This company has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an HOA management company. They never respond, never follow up, and never address items that were requested ages ago. The only time they’re quick is when they’re threatening fines — but once you correct the issue, they go silent and refuse to acknowledge it. Not only that, but they don't address real issues or hold certain people accountable for the things they are very obviously not following.
