Nice enough people working here. However, I switched to an online provider after using Atlanta City Compounding Pharmacy since they continued to charge me more than double the price for what I can get online with free shipping.
Great customer service! I recently had an issue where my prescription was processed and mailed but hadn't arrived after a few days. I called and spoke with Jose, who kindly explained it was likely delayed due to the holiday weekend. When it still hadn't shown up a couple of days later, I called again, and Jose went above and beyond — he spoke with the manager right away, and they arranged to have my prescription sent by courier the very next day, along with a sincere apology for the delay.
