We live in Roswell, called them around 2pm and the technician showed up around 3pm and fixed our dryer! Excellent and fast service!

Initial call was for motherboard, ended up taking almost two months to have repaired and ended up needing a new bottom oven door and bottom element by the time the tech, Warren, incorrectly installed the mother board, which caused a loud "POP" when bottom oven was turned on. He also "yanked" out the bottom door in trying to repair what he had broken. The tech declined all responsibility although there is video footage.
