Stay as far away from this scam as possible. Like many others, I also had a situation where I put down a large deposit before Chuck went missing for weeks due to a ‘medical’ issue. Work was not completed timely. He attempted to charge me $400 for fireplace cleanings that another company had done 2 weeks prior (I had chuck there for repairs). Great service from Bradon. He kept me up on everything that he was doing while cleaning up my chimney.
Unresponsive and unreliable. I was supposed to have a chimney inspection since end of May. It’s August and no hearing back from Chuck. I rescheduled the inspection 3 times already. Not even his secretary Maria is courteous at returning calls. Eventually he responded after calling him from a different phone number and upon asking about the scheduled inspection he said he had to take his mother to the doctor.
