Horrible hours, horrible customer service. They are dealing with your family planning, infertility, and the quality of your future with no decorum. Simple lab testing has taken well over 12 days to be sent. (We were told 4 days by the lab tech) We have had to cancel 2 specialty appts due to them not being prepared when they told us. I switched to this clinic from ACRM and I have had such a great experience so far! Dr. Best protocol was so much better with great results and her staff is amazing as well. They are very thorough and helpful and the care has been 100% better than my previous clinic.
Dr. Calhoun and the whole team at ACRM are wonderful! She is very good at explaining the whole process. I have referred several friends to her as well.
Dr. Fogle and the entire ACRM staff were fantastic. They are the golden standard. The team goes above and beyond in every way. They are attentive, responsive and caring! I am typing this review as I am holding my 7 week old beautiful baby girl all thanks to the team at ACRM. In short, Dr. Fogle is brilliant and we couldn’t imagine going through this process with another clinic. We are so thankful for their efforts and can’t wait to go back.
