Absolutely hands down 100% best customer service I have ever experienced. From helping select the original unit to the way they handled a warranty issue was amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help. No big box store would treat their customers this well.
We recently purchased a ceiling fan from this store. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had a ton!) We had a technical issue with the fan that was the manufacturer's fault. The owner immediately took all the right measures to correct it and not charge us a dime. This is our favorite lighting and fan store. We love local stores like this, that offer personal touch. My husband and I have bought ceiling fans for the entire house, chandeliers, outdoor sconces, bathroom and dining room sconces. They carry good quality selections at the store, and they have also ordered us from the catalogs. Brandon and Caroline were always very nice, courteous, helpful and informative.
