Excellent product selection and top notch service! The fan that we had shipped from a vendor came missing an important part. When we called, they were able to locate one from a floor model and drove it to our house in 10 minutes, so our electricians could keep working without having to come back. I would give them 10 stars if an option.
If I could rate them 10 stars I would! We’ve bought 14 ceiling fans from them over the last 5 years and they have always been so nice and helpful. Today we went to install one and the fan had an issue so Caroline drove a new fan to my house and assisted the electrician in the install. Can’t ask for better customer service than that! The owners of this store are terrific. They’re super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I bought several fans and down rods from them and am really happy. The next time I need a fan or light fixture, I’ll definitely be returning.
