Excellent store with hard to find items in metro Atlanta. They had exactly what I needed, set it aside when I called, and were very friendly and professional during my checkout. Susie took very care of me, and I'm thankful for their services.
Went for a down rod that with a smaller diameter than Home Depot/Lowes carries. Life, and sanity, saver.
Excellent product selection and top notch service! The fan that we had shipped from a vendor came missing an important part. When we called, they were able to locate one from a floor model and drove it to our house in 10 minutes, so our electricians could keep working without having to come back. I would give them 10 stars if an option.
If I could rate them 10 stars I would! We’ve bought 14 ceiling fans from them over the last 5 years and they have always been so nice and helpful. Today we went to install one and the fan had an issue so Caroline drove a new fan to my house and assisted the electrician in the install. Can’t ask for better customer service than that!
