The surgeon refused to do a tubal ligation because of my age and while that news is disheartening I cannot be more greatful for the staff who worked with me. All of the team members who I spoke with were understanding and supportive. Each one did everything in their power to help me get Healthcare I need, even though that meant it wasn't with them. If there was a way for me to rate the team members seperate from the surgeon I would give them 5 stars.
Spare yourself the stress and go elsewhere. The waiting, the wrong appointments, the lying, the mixup on what procedure I was having THE DAY OF, all of it. It was shocking to see just how badly this office performed. I definitely do not recommend.
Dr. Postev was a caring and compassionate physician. She listened carefully to my husband's challenges with weight, and offered meaningful advice.
