Very nice people and my donation was very smooth
This is my favorite place to donate platelets. Their one arm system, an is faster and sooo much gentler in my veins than a two arm system, which left my arm with more shallow veins bruised and swollen for 3 weeks at a different place. Also, the staff is upbeat and calls you the day before an appointment for a reminder, and they have been very supportive during, after, and even when I was declined for low iron.
