My appointment was at 2:45 and they mentioned at 3:27 that my doctor had just arrived at the office. Said it like it was funny, like “oh that doctor he’s just never on time” 😒 the docs themselves are good (when they’re available) they also don’t take the patients back in the correct order by appointment. They just took a guy back who’s appointment was at 3:15! This place is ridiculous

02/09/2018... been going for 20yrs! He still does not not my name!!!They bring patients in at same time(on bus)!Have waited over 4 hours !!!!Called 1/5/18 First date he had @ 2/17/18, I never missed appointed. when I said my med. would be out they said .....no prob... I begged( 1st time) they never filled!!! I called, publix called several more times,,, No one goes unless they have too!!!!(insurance) Yeah......Mental health... 4 people booked every hour!!!! Fact not fiction!!!!
Dr. Golightly is a fantastic doctor. He was happy to prescribe what I needed. He is professional and caring.
This place is AWFUL. my mother has not got her medicine in nearly 2 months. Fax machine was down, not enough employees one day. It has literally been one thing after another, my mother has called nearly everyday trying to get her medicine and they have yet to do anything about it. Prior authorization is terrible. Dr. Klopper needs to be referred as Dr. Flopper! This place has terrible service and thanks to them my mother is absolutely suffering.
They're very rude, no one wants to do their job! They left my cousin off of her meds for 3 months, we called daily to get updates and authorization but it was never obtained. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place!
