Was sold on having my chimney propped up because it was leaning. Salesmen were confident in the one day turnaround and strong warranty the company could offer after drilling down then inserting metal rods to stop the chimney movement. Workers arrived 7 hours later than scheduled and were polite and apologetic. After two hours of digging I was informed there was a problem.
