My first appointment was at 8:30 and it was a over the phone appointment which I didn’t receive until 8:44 and then on top of that the system was messing up but I was patient throughout the whole thing then to be told I had to reschedule because I had exceeded the allowed time over. New to the area but I will most definitely be looking for something else.
My child’s appointment was at 8:30 with us arriving around 8:49 due to heavy traffic and a car accident but unfortunately I was told since I exceeded the 15 minutes grace period that I had to reschedule her appointment. I had taken a day off work to bring my her to her appointment just to be told they will have to cancel it.
