A great service to our community. Dr. Skellie is wonderful, kind & progressional. Crystal (admin) went out of her way to be kind and answer all of my questions. The billing staff are knowledgeable and willing to explain any questions I had. 10/10 recommend! Our experience was the Acworth location.
Terrible place. Did not listen or ask about my other conditions, said they didn’t “do differential diagnosis”.
Was supposed to have an appointment today at 12pm. They refuse to send appointment info until it comes as a text message and now it is the time of my appointment and I cannot even contact anyone because they dont answer the phone. I waited weeks or this appointment for it to not occur with no conversation.
Maybe their hands are tied but I'm appalled. Upon inquiring if they accept insurance, they stated yes. Once I told them my provider and they said it's one of the few providers they don't carry. I requested to self-pay and they said because they know we carry insurance they wouldn't be able to make an appointment with us that self-pay is only an option for customers without health insurance. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I never even got to the point of the provider. The front office lady Kim is very rude. 1)My first call we had set up and appointment and I had asked her if she could find out what my copay would be. She told me she would find out. After not hearing back for a week I contacted them again only to find out that she not only forgot to put my appointment in for my son but she never found out about my insurance. 2) I asked for a provider that would be in acworth as this is closer to m... read more
