Was going well, first appointment was fine. I missed the second appointment because I had a medical emergency and had to go to the ER. Dr. Brandis did not accept the work excuse the hospital printed out, instead REQUIRED a time stamped document as some kind of proof. Missed appointment fee is about $175 - this requirement is absolutely ridiculous, as if I'd go to the ER to get out of paying the fee when the ER visit alone is more than triple the cost!
