Stan was my service repair technician, and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time and kept me updated with messages beforehand, including one when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong with the unit. He also pointed out hidden damage to the door gasket and quickly obtained the necessary parts. As planned, he returned promptly to complete the repair, and his work was outstanding.
Stan arrived promptly after I received a text message letting me know he was on his way. He ran a diagnostic on my washer, and then offered a quote and advice. Although he did not repair my washer, his explanation of the repairs was still worth the service fee.
Quick and easy scheduling. Good text communication about arrival time and showed up as scheduled. Explained problem and solution-returned next day, on time and completed the job. Stan was nice to work with-will use again , if needed.
Excellent customer care and service from the initial call for service to the technician's arrival and departure from our home. I highly recommend Atlanta Appliance Service.
