Stan was my service repair technician, and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time and kept me updated with messages beforehand, including one when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong with the unit. He also pointed out hidden damage to the door gasket and quickly obtained the necessary parts. As planned, he returned promptly to complete the repair, and his work was outstanding.
Stan, the MASTER TECHNICIAN was very professional, polite, and above all he got the job done on my dryer. Not only that, he CLEANED the dryer exhaust vent that was something I was knew nothing about for staying at my residence for over 18 years now and I am grateful he brought that to my attention. I will definitely recommend him for your APPLIANCE SERVICE needs!
Excellent service all the way around! Making the appointment online was easy. Confirmation via text and email at every stage of the process was welcome and very useful. On February 28, 2025 My Husband and I had our 18 year-old Maytag dryer serviced by American appliance service LLC the technician entered our home with a warm and pleasant smile and great attitude. He listen to all of our concerns, considering our Maytag was 18 years old. The technician quickly got down to business. He did a diagnostic test to diagnose the problem. The technician also threw in a bonus. He fixed my dryer door. I am truly satisfied with American appliance service LLC and recommend this company to anyone.
