Very good service. I recommend it highly for any family interested in learning anger management techniques. (And who is not?) Richard is a caring and knowledgeable instructor. He developed a good rapport with us. His method helped us more than therapy, partly because Richard was so engaging with us. He has good jokes and makes people laugh through the process.
