I’ve been getting my allergy shots here and my experience has been wonderful. I see Lauren and Rachel the most and they’re always so kind and helpful. Thank you guys for everything you do!
From the start the experience was awful, front desk girl was on the phone. She muted the phone to talk crap about the company and online scheduling issues cussing more than once to her coworkers while ignoring me. Once I was finally checked in the woman who listened to my son’s heart and everything was AMAZING she was the only good thing about this place. Once we saw the doctor, she refused to even examine my son stating “you have to have a rash or eczema” to have an allergy. She stated any reaction other than a rash or ecze... read more
