We haven’t had any issues with the doctors at this location — they’ve been professional and helpful. However, the process for receiving allergy shots is extremely frustrating. There’s usually only one person managing the shots, which leads to long wait times. At our most recent visit, we waited over 45 minutes just to receive the shot, and then had to stay an additional 30 minutes afterward to monitor for reactions — which I fully understand is necessary. But waiting 45 + minutes before the shot even happens is unreasonable.... read more
