RecommendedI knew the second I walked in this was the place! I had went to other consultations and didn’t get the “feels”. Dr Killingsworth and his staff took time and made me feel like they were truly listening. I had a wonderful experience with my extended tummy tuck and love the results! Not to mention they all feel like family now! I totally recommend and actually do on a daily basis! You won’t be disappointed.
I had the best experience with Lauren Wages! She is very professional and caring! She did a wonderful job on my Fillers and Botox! I had no bruising or swelling at all! I feel like she performed a miracle on me! I will definitely recommend her to family and friends! She is awesome!! The staff is great! They are so cheerful and helpful!
I can’t say enough good and positive things about this entire group. The office staff is absolutely the very best. Dr. K is such a great physician. So meticulous and kind. I have had such a fantastic experience here. I would highly recommend Dr. Killingsworthe. Erin is simply put, fantastic.
I have never met a more compassionate Doctor. I had a hard road during my bilateral reconstruction. He gave me hope. Dr. K held my hand though all the tough times and tears. His staff is fabulous, also. I highly recommend him

There are not enough words to describe how amazing the staff is at Atlanta Aesthetics. Dr. Catignani is truly a world class surgeon and is always willing to go above beyond for her patients. I had skin removal surgery after losing a large amount of weight and she was extremely informative the whole way through. Post surgery when I ran into a few small issues she would drop everything she was doing to meet me to make sure everything was good.
