Michael helped me out big time in a pinch and worked with me on price which was seriously so appreciated. My sunroof was stuck open and he got it closed and diagnosed in 2 hrs. I’ll definitely be coming back to get the car fully fixed when I can afford it. Thank you so much!
Michael is the best!! He actually takes the time to show me the issues with my car and explain what the next steps are before he takes them. PLUS, he always gives tips on ways to keep your car running well! I've been going to him for a few years now and I dont trust anyone else
Michael and his team are great! Michael was extremely trustworthy, transparent and sent me a diagnostic video showing the issue my car was experiencing. Although I did not take him up on the new part, he still figured out a way to patch the existing part free-of-charge. This is a excellent auto repair shop, I have a BMW 530i I talked with Mr Mike the owner of the shop on the phone and I brought my car in for a consultation and diagnostic. He explained to me in great detail what the car needed done to make it run at it's optimum best again, his professionalism and caring was impressive to me. Great service and great fair price I'll be a customer for life and will recommend him to everyone I know thank you Fauna !!
