I MADE THE MISTAKE OF CALLING ATLTAXI AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE DISPATCHERS BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND WERE VERY RUDE. THEY QUOTED ME $16 FOR 7 MILES AND THEIR DRIVER CHARGED $40 BECAUSE HE SAID IT WAS 1.30AM. ALSO, THE DRIVER DROVE LIKE CRAZY AND WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY OVERCHARGE YOU AND TREAT YOU MISERABLY. THEY WERE REALLY A DISAPOINTING AND RIP OFF EXPERIENCE... THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE.

I had an accident on 85 south and after reading other reviews, i decided to call them. Within 3-5 mnutes, the owner arrived and he was very professional, treated me well, got me at my destination on time and i decided to use them for the rest of the week before i get my car back. I stay 20 miles from my place of work which is 45 minutes drive but since they are 24/7, Franco told me to call them any time of the day or night. The customer service is great, all my questions were answered and they also honored their coupons offers on the phone with me and give me the instructions for use for the driver. Making my future appointment was done with ease. Thank you for doing a great job.

They are one of the best in the business. I used this cab service for more than times i could remember and can only say that ATL taxi is an elite class of cab service. Customer Service-> 24/7, you ll find someone picking up the call no matter what hour of night. Punctuality-> never seen them coming late Courtesy-> Best of people hired, they are so polite and warm Get Goers-> You ask them anything and they ll stretch a helping hand to solve it out ATL Taxi, Keep up the good work of Miles@Smiles :D

ATL TAXI is very courteous and friendly. The drivers get you to your destination right on time. I would highly recommend this taxi service to my family and friends.

This taxi company is just fantastic not to mention their courtesy. This company is always on time, thats what i like about them. i like the fact that this taxi company actually takes credit card, last time i got on with them i didn't have any cash on me and i asked them do you take credit cards and they said yes, other companies who i have asked if i could pay with credit cards they say no and i rather not ride with them. Alt taxi is the best company and i totally recommend it.

this is a great taxi company. best thing about them was the fact that you could call any time of the day ,24/7,and someone answers the phone. also, one call took care of all different logistics. the driver was very courteous, and well dressed and the taxi was definitely very clean. easier and better than other companies.

they werent fluent in english but i took a taxi anyway. they said it would be 15 minutes and yeah right, 42 minutes later a driver showed up. i asked the driver to see a permit and did not have a permit. when i got disappointed was when i saw there was no gps and he did not know how to get me to my destination.

I am blown by the hospitality and mannerism of the drivers, they are simply awesome. Not to mention the punctuality and promptness , in a word they just rock!
