I Needed a ride to the airport early the morning so I made my reservation online in the middle of the night. It was only 6 hours before my flight, but they were up, responding to all my emails and ready to provide a quote and instructions once I agreed to their services. I am an international student from India. I have only been here for the past 3 months, so the city is new to me. I go to school at Mercer University so I need a transfer ride to the my english class every morning. I always use this Atl Taxi service to go there. All the drivers are pretty much fun loving guys. This is the first time using this service and it is excellent. They called to let me know they might be a few minutes late due to traffic, but still arrived on time. So, they were prompt. The driver was courteous and the car was clean and in excellent condition. I will definitely use this service again.

I have been using this company for the last year and a half approximately, normally to go to the station and local errands around my house. The reason I writing this review is for the fat that I just realize that I have stuck with this taxi company longer than most of my relationships and it has been due to its consistency, we have had our up and downs but over all I'm quite pleased and will keep on using this company.

The dispatch service is always really nice. They're prompt with responses and tracking cabs. The person I usually hear from usually has pretty accurate time estimating on when a cab will be arriving at my location as well. He is always courteous and even remembers my name and where I like to go. Good deal.

I normally do not write reviews, however, I was amazed that after reading everyone's reviews here about how great the service was from the airport, when I called I was told they will not do airport pick ups unless there was a drop off. I was planning to pick my husband up from the airport, but came down with a terrible cold and, with 2 kids under the age of 3 at home, decided it would be safer to arrange a ride than chance getting into an accident with this throbbing headache. I had a last minute meeting to attend, my car wasn't starting and to make matters worst getting a taxi in the area where I live is practically impossible. So I went down the list of taxi in my area getting outrageous waiting periods or plain "we do not serve that area" responses. Luckily I called ALT Taxi, the dispatcher took my address down my phone number and fifteen minutes later I had a taxi at my driveway. No hassle or excuses just straight business and delivery. Excellent customer service. They showed up with perfect timing--not so early that I felt rushed, but early enough that I didn't have to worry if they forgot about me. On top of that, I was given a discount on the meter to have me use them again in the future. I will definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience with this company. I reserved the taxi by their e-form and they promptly called to confirm it and to quote the price. My taxi was supposed to leave very early in the morning for the airport and it was there 10min earlier (they called me before it arrived). The driver was very courteous (I'm not sure about his name anymore, but I think it was Fernando), and the yelp coupon for 10% off worked. My recommendations!
