Ruby is the best and very knowledgeable
AVOID AVOID AVOID! This place is hood and there look to be people living in some of the units. I repeat it’s a disgusting property. Their gate was broken and I couldn’t access my things despite it being during their normal hours of operation they had locked the gate. My car was in one of the units and I couldn’t retrieve it. Management took no responsibility for having a broken gate and locking it. Multiple people came and were unable to access their things. Autum was amazing...she was friendly and super helpful..
Wonderful experience. Fast and easy and the staff was kind. Would definitely refer you to deal with these people at the Sullivan Rd location.
