Hate to write this review because I feel like he’s good at what he does. My only gripe is the way business is conducted. His refund policy is mentioned twice, which kind of threw me off. I had needed to cancel the appointment and I made sure it was plenty of time ahead so that he didn’t miss any potential business, but he still didn’t consider in this economy, to refund a person $200 for something that he didn’t lose out on. Great experience at ATL Scalp Micro! Andre did a great job and I seriously look 10 years younger!
I started the process by reaching out to Andre and sending him pics of my scalp. I suffer from alopecia so I was looking into getting the procedure done to cover an array of discolored blotches so that I could have a consistent natural look. I was also traveling from out of state to get the procedure done so professionalism was just as important as skill because having to reschedule flights would've been a major pain.
