I've been using Reliable Limosine for right at a year now. I love the service. They are prompt, courteous, live up to their name Reliable. I use them for all of my travel needs to Atl airport and enjoy a stress free ride. I highly recommend you calling them for your travel needs.

On time, courteous, but hidden charges – They were on time and the driver was courteous. Difficult to communicate with on the phone. They quoted $55, but ended up charging me $72. The bill had some kind of surcharge, and a 20% tip. They should be honest about their charges up front, and let the customer choose the tip amount. I also asked for them to refund the tip amount, which they agreed to, but never did. I had to file a complain with the credit card company.

Not so much – I sent in an email at 8pm asking for a quote and to be contacted by email. They CALLED my phone at 10pm at night to talk about the quote. I was already asleep as I work at 5am. The quote they emailed me states a 20% tip is required. I do not like a required tip much less one at 20%. What incentive do they have to "earn" it. Also I would point out the first "review" was written by reliable limo themselves.

Money Well Spent!!! – I did enjoyed the Money I spent on my ride to the Airport today. The money was well spent with RELIABLE LIMOUSINE SERVICE. I called for an Airport Transfer yesterday from Colombus and the driver picked me up on time today. The journey was pleasant and enjoyable. I will recommend you GUys. AMOS.

Great Service! – We had a great service today with the new Surbuban Chev that we had for 7 hours. The driver was on time at our Hotel in Dowtown,very professional and the car was very Great. The charges for the 7 hours was very reasonable and affordable. The company -Relaible Limousine ensured that the driver was with us. My company has decided to open a corporate account with them. George.

BEST IN TOWN. – Reliable Limousine provided me with a 1st Class service last week. The driver Got to my address on time and we had a pleasant ride to the Airport. On my arrival back at the Airport, the Driver was already waiting for me with my name sign and he also helped me with my bags. This is what my former Limousine company never did. I will recommend these Guys anytime to everybody.They are the Best! Chris George(Broke Haven)
