Outstanding staff,and service.
The testosterone they gave me didn’t work, they were charging me $189 a month for it, I switched over to getting it from a different source for $85 for a 4 month supply. This company will take your money and give you crap to inject yourself with
Love this clinic. Best prices and staff i have found.
After first appt it went down hill. Was told a lie when i signed for the program. Prices change weekly or maybe daily. No structure. You can get many of the hrt from your general doctor for 30% -50% less. The customer service has no idea what they do there. This review is for last March 2023.
I have been shocked by the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I think whoever is answering phones and emails just has no sense of how to deal with customers at all. I shouldn't have to practically beg for them to take down my info and get back with me or to send me information about their services (I was sent a QR code image to my email that I check via my phone - when I mentioned that i can't take a picture of the qr code that's on my phone screen in a pdf, I was told to just open my email from a different computer an... read more
