I been getting my nails done for a long time . Today I was serviced by Danny , who advised me that cuticle cutting is not included in a full set or that they don’t blend the the fake nail with the natural nail for an acrylic set . Which is both lies . He rushed the rough my service basically throwing my hand back at me when he was done filing/ or painting . Danny has good customer service but actual service was terrible !!
Horrible customer service and horrible foundation for nails. I tried this place a month and a half ago for the first time. My initial set wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. One nail pops off because of lifting and I noticed that almost all the sides of my nails were drilled down so far once my nails grew out just a little it would start to lift. I went to get a balance and simply pointed out the sides of my nails should be filled in and not drilled down so far. I walked into this nail salon for a manicure and pedicure, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The lady who did my pedicure was rude and visibly irritated just because I took a moment to choose my color. Her attitude was unprofessional the entire time. After waiting for my manicure, the man who worked on me also became irritated simply because I looked at my nails to make sure I was getting what I asked for.
