Price was too highly
Horrible customer service and horrible foundation for nails. I tried this place a month in a half ago for the first time. My initial set wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. One nail pops off because of lifting and I noticed that almost all the sides of my nails were drill down so far once my nails grew out just a little it would start to lift. I went to get a balance and simply pointed out the sides of my nails should be filled in and not drilled down so far. Gave them a second chance and asked for squavol nails. Told the man three times. He did oval as you can see. The wanted to charge me 70 for gel! With no polish $55. Absolutely terrible service. Whatttttttttt!!! Buyer beware still!!!!! Do not do it!!
this is a nail salon. I started out going to as a teenager when I was 13 or 14 years old and I am now currently 31 years old. Their business has been going downhill tremendously since that time and I only reason why I have recently went back to visit this Alana’s because my grandmother wanted to go there to have a good time because we have recently suffered a serious tragedy in our family.
