Language barrier with the technician. Asked multiple questions to get 2-3 word responses. He barely spoke to me and I had to ask multiple questions... Monday: 1. Is my washer fixed? Need part. They sent an incompetent tech to repair my appliances. When he couldn't figure out the issue, he lied to my warranty company and said that my almost new appliances had mold and mildew, to void my warranty. These folks lie, so run! Find yourself another repair company!
