Service was excellent - straightforward, simple, and clear. Mallory was very responsive and helpful through a smooth, quick process of switching our home, auto, RV, and umbrella policies. We saved >$4800/year for the same coverage...which tells me that our previous local insurance broker was either less than competent or misleading and that Atkinson is a very customer focused group.
