As someone who works with quite a few general home inspectors, James and Parker always do a great job. They do a very thorough inspection and they are great at communicating their findings.
They were able to inspect 3100 sqft house in an hour and a half, James offered a very detailed report, they volunteer to show you their findings without you asking to, I was very satisfied with their service and I will recommend them without reservation.

Here is their comments: 1- Some of sinks and toilet valves are shut, we cant open them due to risk of potential sever leakage. ( Dude, you should be able to shut the main water in and do the job). Ended up 3 toilet leaky and 2 backyard bad valves. Also kitchen drain is half blocked. 2- Second garage door doesn't work properly due to possible instructure problem at the room above the garage.
