Interesting that the toilet worked for you! Every since I moved in, it was leaking water inside the tank--constantly running. Interesting that this broke all of a sudden, as my sprinkler system was leaking. Interesting it just suddenly happened. I was told you were very thorough. It's just disgusting that these things, among others just SUDDENLY happened when I first moved in.
This inspection was pretty good, except I will have to pay for a plumber myself for an antiquated commode, which was leaking ever since I moved in. We have been here not quiet 2 wks. Our commode would not stop running. I had to put a coat hanger in-between the floater's shut off part. I turned off the right shut off valve; but, it didn't stop the water. The other valve is frozen open, am afraid it will break if I pull on it too much. My washing machine handle was broken. A friend fixed it; but when I first used it today, it ... read more
Very unprofessional service!!! The inspector missed many important issues at the time of inspection for purchasing our home, and as soon as we moved in we started pouring money into our new place, which should have been worries free for at least a bit of time. He did not report broken pool solar panels line, roofing nail pops, electrical issues, smoke detectors malfunction, leaking dishwasher, clogged HVAC drain line, and most of it signs of existing MOLD in several areas. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
