Front desk is unhelpful, they said i made six appointments and never showed up for any of them. But thats bs because i never called to make any appoinment except one time and when i went they said they took me off their practice because i missed six appointments. I think i wouldve remembered if i made that many appointments.. then when i called front desk they were rude and very unhelpful, told me to contact dr kate but wouldnt tell me how to go about doing that.
