I can only imagine how hard it is to run a medical practice these days, so I really hate to write a critical review but I just can't be very positive. My experience with PAs there was...meh. And when I left it took three months to get them to send my medical records to new doctor's office. I'm sure they are trying hard to do good work and often doing it, but my experience was not so great. Oh right, they also have a service where you pay extra to have more access to care. This practice recently began a concierge practice, which rewards affluent people who can pay more with shorter waiting times and more time with their doctors. They claim this will not impact their other clients but the unavoidable truth is that those with less money will wait longer and have less time with their doctors as a result. Front desk is unhelpful, they said i made six appointments and never showed up for any of them. But thats bs because i never called to make any appoinment except one time and when i went they said they took me off their practice because i missed six appointments. I think i wouldve remembered if i made that many appointments.. then when i called front desk they were rude and very unhelpful, told me to contact dr kate but wouldnt tell me how to go about doing that.
