Grady was prompt, friendly, and professional. He explained everything clearly, shared helpful tips on signs of potential AC issues to watch for, and made the entire experience easy. He arrived within an hour and a half of my call and quickly replaced a bad capacitor in my outdoor AC unit. I highly recommend Atkinson Air!
Walker was excellent! He came out to our home within 15 mins of me putting in a request. He changed out our capacitor and serviced our unit and explained everything to me along the way. He even took his shoes off so he didn't track mud in my house. Excellent service! Will recommend and will use again!
If you want to go without an air conditioner for over a month call this guy! He left me and my son suffering for over a month only to tell me that he can’t get the part for 12 weeks?!! This person was highly recommended by someone else and I wish I never met this guy and never let him at your house! He doesn’t care about you or your family! He’s got plenty of money he don’t need work! Find anyone but This guy!
