Atkins Plumbing came out to replace a toilet supply line on June 24 , 2024. A simple task. Mr Atkins replaced the supply linei in the upstairs bathroom . In the morning flooding had occurred in 2 bedrooms and in the downstairs family room. Reach out to Atkins Plumbing but no response. Called Serv Pro to repair the damage.Total cost $12,000. Allstate is trying to recover the money from Atkins plumbing . Please be aware of this company. Mr Atkins feel free to reach out to Allstate or me to resolve this issue. Figured I'd throw my 10 cent's in. He came from a home warranty call. I had multiple issues in our new home between a garbage disposal, a leaking hose bib, and a shower that had no cold water. He was able to diagnose and fix all 3 issues. And when the home warranty denied the garbage disposal claim he was extremely fair and reasonable. Very happy with his service and I will use him again in the future!
Absolutely unacceptable when it comes to getting a service done in my home. I would expect for not to leave an entire mess after they are done with a service someone is paying for. I was so happy to hear my plumbing was fixed but to my surprise I come down to my basement and see this. After all the issues , on top of someone saying they are sending someone and they never show.
