Realty company ran by a dementia ridden geezer named Lloyd, and a somewhat friendly daughter Priscilla. Crazy expensive for old/crappy housing. No help when it comes to fixing damages already there. We have a video of him tapping our brick house with a hammer, our porch roof was never fixed, hose is always busted, insulation is awful, mold in the vents and walls, and will NEVER give you a 24 hour notice as law requires. The negative review from Petteway was from her father not giving notice as required to vacate and then doing damage to the unit upon vacating. Actually Katie lived in unit 1127 and this post from her was on her dads unit 1111. I have been renting residential units in Mount Dora for over 44 years and this is the first negative review I ever had. Just a disgruntled tenant that tried to get back at a landlord for doing damages and not receiving her fathers deposit back.

As part of the family and a Realtor at our family business, I have seen so many wonderful connections made. As with any rental housing or property management, you will find tenants who get upset for leaving a property in unpleasant conditions rendering a claim on a security/damage deposit.
