We are very unlucky and frustrated to have this builder working next to our house. There have been endless incidents of unauthorized use of our electricity and water utilities without even notifying us. The most frustrating issue is that their excavator severely damaged our yard, leaving deep tracks and destroying the sod completely in this area.
