Roaches beginning to show up more often than not in the warmer weather. Maintenance response time is horrible. On March 2nd 2021 I filed a request on my refrigerator being 50+ degrees and they did come promptly initially but told me I had too much stacked in there. It got a bit cooler but not to the minimum of 40 degrees so I put in another request on 3/24 and they came in and cleared a bunch of ice but that did not fix the problem. The staff at the leasing office NEVER picks up the phone. They recently reduced their hours from 9am to 10am so there's no chance/time for me to go before work to talk to them face-to-face unfortunately now that they open so late and close at 6pm. You would think that a reduction in their daily working hours would mean they would at least pick up the phone.
