I have known this Firm for over fifteen (15) years and they are nothing but professional and technical each time I interact with them. Excellent Civil Engineering firm.
Atkins was performing sewer line maintenance in my neighborhood a few weeks back (5 stars) and caused a back pressure event that resulted in water spewing from one of our toilets, covering the walls of the bathroom (4 stars). After flagging down the work crew they "cleaned" the walls and floors, but none wore any personal protective equipment (3 stars). When I attempted to contact someone to express my concern, I never received a call back (2 stars). #TooBigToCare
