I am very impressed with this business. I have an Oriental rug that I want to sell and texted back and forth about having it cleaned and first their price was actually less than I paid about 5 years ago; and second, when they found out that I wanted to sell it, they said that it didn't make sense to have it cleaned as most buyers have it cleaned anyway. Far exceeded my expectations as the rug was quite soiled. Cody was especially helpful through the process, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The other staff I dealt with were also very helpful. I wish I had come in sooner.
Excellent customer service! My sales consultant, Rami Khayata, greeted me warmly, he listened to my color palette and carpet size, and immediately found 3 rugs that would work. Putting the best one on the floor for viewing we decided this was the perfect one. I bought it on the spot and absolutely love it.
This was our forth or fifth time dealing with them, and each time has been very good. Knowledgeable and helpful to meet our needs.
