If I were able to put a zero or negative one star. I would give that. Stay away from this company and any building managed by them. Very unprofessional staff. You almost can never call anyone. Its always a voicemail. If you ever call Adam. He will simply disconnect the call after hearing that you’re from one of the buildings managed by them. It took them over a month to fix a elevator. One of the worst strata management company. I would have given zero stars if possible. No professionalism whatsoever from Adam the manager. Annual meeting is being done virtually whilst all the mandates for Covid are taken of by Government, and company is ignoring all the elderly residents who don’t have computers or don’t know how to use one. They deserve zero! Unfortunately they are hardly character. They don't keep their word. After dealing with manager Annarita, looking at the apartment and sending the documents, she simply rented the apartment to someone else without even giving me a return. I was waiting to rent the apartment and she just broke the word.

The day I was moving was the day the Mgr was fired by ?? so he decided to screw me over by refusing the elevator key for the movers. WTH? How childish of a grown man! Poor movers had to use the stairs for 4 stories that took 3 extra labor hrs. I showed docs of confirmation yet Atira never apologized to me! The Atira receptionist told my movers this Mgr was abusive to all the employees. I'm surprised Atira is still operating.

I have never dealt with such incompetent property managers. Bedbugs are rampant in the Atira building I lived in, and emails and calls requesting to have units treated are not answered for weeks, or are never answered at all. Tenant manager is rude and unhelpful, and on more than one occasion tried to charge us for things in direct opposition to the laws outlined in the BC Residential Tenancy act. Edit: I lived in the Olivia Skye building for 1 year - the fact they can’t find the record speaks to their incompetence.
