If I were able to put a zero or negative one star. I would give that. Stay away from this company and any building managed by them. Very unprofessional staff. You almost can never call anyone. Its always a voicemail. If you ever call Adam. He will simply disconnect the call after hearing that you’re from one of the buildings managed by them. It took them over a month to fix a elevator. One of the worst strata management company. I would have given zero stars if possible. No professionalism whatsoever from Adam the manager. Annual meeting is being done virtually whilst all the mandates for Covid are taken of by Government, and company is ignoring all the elderly residents who don’t have computers or don’t know how to use one. They deserve zero! Unfortunately they are hardly character. They don't keep their word. After dealing with manager Annarita, looking at the apartment and sending the documents, she simply rented the apartment to someone else without even giving me a return. I was waiting to rent the apartment and she just broke the word.

Avoid Jesco Smith (Jesse R W Smith) at all costs. They allowed neighbors to direct car exhaust fumes into my home through the garage door, while simultaneously holding me accountable for a no-harm rule. They fined me over $600 for installing security cameras. Smith refused to address a code violation involving non-ACPI breakers, leading to toxic electrical wiring in my room and severe suffering requiring hospitalization. Their behavior and that of their associates is abhorrent. Avoid Atira.

The day I was moving was the day the Mgr was fired by ?? so he decided to screw me over by refusing the elevator key for the movers. WTH? How childish of a grown man! Poor movers had to use the stairs for 4 stories that took 3 extra labor hrs. I showed docs of confirmation yet Atira never apologized to me! The Atira receptionist told my movers this Mgr was abusive to all the employees. I'm surprised Atira is still operating.
