RecommendedFinally took myself out for a manicure this week and was blown away by the entire experience. Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. Now I’ve had fingernails for a long time (😁) but still learned so much about how they grow, proper care techniques, etc. from the technicians, who took the time to explain everything they were doing. This is not your run of the mill manicure experience - I promise you’ll be blown away, too! Already looking forward to going back. Thanks, Brittany and team!

Disappointed...the nail tech was too busy socializing and paying attention. I came in with VERY rough and dry skin, and ingrown toenails. I left with slightly smoother heels and one still ingrown toe. The polish looks great. Front desk was VERY friendly and nice, but sadly the pedicure was less than impressive! I was in the market for a new pedicure salon—but sadly I don’t think this is a good fit.
I was a acrylic/dip girl for 20 years and a nail bitter. My sister suggested Atir. I gave it a try and haven’t looked back. I love my natural nails now. No more sitting in a salon where they rush you in and out. These ladies become friends. Somewhere you know you can go and they know who you are and enjoy great conversation. I've been going to Atir for over ten years and I refuse to go anywhere else in Richmond for manicures or pedicures. Their customer service is exceptional and their salon is so clean. I love their stainless steel (non jetted) tubs for pedicures because it eliminates so much bacteria between client use. The girls who work there are so friendly and welcoming - they always chat with you during your appointment. I’ve only been twice, but I am so impressed that I am definitely returning in a regular basis. I love the set up and easy going care. Very relaxing. Also the sugar scrub is amazing.
I had a French manicure that lasted for 2 weeks. Also, the products are wonderful and the staff is very friendly.
Great products, relaxing atmosphere and most of all a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable and fun.
